It was mostly a personal interview, which was unexpected as I thought it would be technical. There were two interviews over two weeks, one of which included HR. I didn't get any info about the company during the interviews, so I had to call HR again during the second interview to ask about benefits and stuff. No negotiation happened before the offer was made.
