Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Cameron.
Project Manager
The company invited a select group of candidates for a multi-stage interview process held at their Houston facility. This was a three-day event. Day one included a casual dinner with HR personnel and their partners, seemingly to assess cultural fit and build rapport. Day two began with a 30-minute company overview, followed by a series of interviews with project management team members. These sessions aimed to evaluate how well candidates integrated with the team and gauge their enthusiasm. Day three involved touring company facilities and meeting additional staff members. While the overall interview experience was relaxed and informal, it was highly competitive, with only two out of thirteen candidates receiving job offers.

Project Manager
I spoke with three different people one-on-one for about 45 minutes each. It was mostly behavioral questions, pretty straightforward. They really wanted to see if I understood Cameron's mission. After that, we had lunch and chatted more informally. It felt like a solid team that knows what they're aiming for.
