First, you gotta fill out an application and bring your resume. Then, you'll have an interview with all the managers and sometimes the chef to see if you're a good fit. If you pass that first interview, you'll have another one, and if you pass that, you'll start training, which usually takes about two weeks depending on what you're applying for.
