The interview process was for a fine dining establishment and consisted of two interviews. The first was with the General Manager, and the second was with an executive who did not introduce himself. They were a bit intense, but generally similar to other serving job interviews I've experienced.

First, you gotta fill out an application and bring your resume. Then, you'll have an interview with all the managers and sometimes the chef to see if you're a good fit. If you pass that first interview, you'll have another one, and if you pass that, you'll start training, which usually takes about two weeks depending on what you're applying for.
