First, there was a test with basic English grammar and technical questions. Then, the recruiter mentioned that the first round would be a communication round and asked us to wait about 15 minutes for another interviewer. We ended up waiting for almost two hours for the HR person. When she finally arrived, she asked us to introduce ourselves and gave us a topic to discuss. The interviewer's demeanor was quite rude for no apparent reason, and her stern expression made us all nervous. Unfortunately, none of us were selected in the end.

The interview included an introduction, a voice and accent assessment, and a technical interview. It was focused on technical support. I initially thought the role involved working on Cisco projects and analyzing them. The interview went well, covering basic networking and troubleshooting. They placed a strong emphasis on communication skills, requiring them to be very good. The interview did take a considerable amount of time. For the voice and accent part, they typically provide a topic for you to speak about for one to two minutes, possibly discussing your previous job or hometown.

I found the position on Glassdoor and applied online. About 10 days later, I had a Webex video interview. It was a technical interview where they had a document with a network topology and asked questions related to it. A week after that, I spoke with the recruiter. Two days after that, I was offered the position. There was no HR round, and the salary was fixed with no negotiation.

It was a straightforward process, but they only reach out if you have solid knowledge. Experience is the key factor here; it's quite challenging to get selected if you're a fresher. Overall, it was a good experience. They primarily assess your foundational understanding, moving from the basics to more advanced topics.
