The interview was pretty laid-back. I had the choice between doing it online or in person. They asked me a few things and then let me ask some questions at the end. It went for about 30-40 minutes. No need to stress about it.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was pretty fair and reasonable because it gave me a look into what they expected the candidate to do and what the actual job entailed. The questions were fair and I got to meet the supervisors and team in charge. It was helpful to see what my tasks and job would look like. The people were very polite and responsive to my own questions.

Behavioral Technical

Camelot Community Care hired me after my previous employer stopped their FFT program. I had a chance to meet the CEO beforehand to get a better understanding of the company. Then, the clinical director reached out to set up the interview, which was the only one. It felt more like a chat and was quite informative.

  • Can you describe your experience using the FFT model previously?
  • What are your views on providing therapy in a client's home?
