I applied and the recruiter reached out right away for an interview, they were very communicative. We spoke over Zoom and I talked about my skills and my interest in the brand, since I use their products a lot as an ultra runner. I was told I'd hear back, but I didn't. I was a loyal user but switched to another brand after this.

Got an email about a week after applying online to set up an initial phone screen with the HR rep. After that, I had a phone interview with the department Director. Then, I was invited for an all-day in-person interview at their HQ. I met with people from different teams I'd be working with (like product development, marketing, project management, etc.), with each meeting lasting about an hour. My direct supervisor took me to lunch for our chat mid-day. The last meeting of the day was with the Director again, one-on-one. The HR rep kept me updated on the timeline, right up until they made their decision, which took about a month.

The interview process started with a phone screen, then an in-person interview with five people, some of whom I spoke with by phone. The interview itself was pretty standard, mostly behavioral questions about why Camelbak and walking through my resume. A red flag was that they've been trying to fill this position for over a year. I thought I did well, but I guess not. They sent a standard rejection email a week later. I used vacation days to come in for the interview, so it's disappointing HR didn't care enough to let me know personally why it didn't work out.

The entire process was quick and took only 10 days. The interviewers were very flexible with scheduling, and they were able to accommodate my need to cancel and reschedule due to health issues.
