It was a quick interview, just one-on-one with some basic questions. They wanted to make sure I had the industry knowledge and skills for the job. You gotta be a people person and have patience, especially since clients can be small children, so patience and a good demeanor are super important. I had to talk about my past experience and how I've dealt with tough and stressful times before.

The interview process was really fast. I first interviewed at a job fair in a hotel nearby. Then I talked to someone whose position wasn't clear. After that, I was invited back for a second interview. This time, I met with two Front Office managers and the Director of Front Office. This second part was quick too.
