I applied through Ziprecruiter and got an interview. After the interview, I never heard back from Camden National Bank. They said they'd call me back in the next week to meet the team, but they never did. It felt really unprofessional that they didn't let me know they chose someone else and just left me hanging week after week wondering if I got the job. As a manager, you should always tell candidates when you've made a decision, whether it's good news or bad news.

It took me 150 days and 5 interviews to get through this process, and I barely heard anything the whole time. They were hiring for other stuff in the background, I guess, and just left me hanging. Everyone I talked to was cool though. In the end, I just got an email from a generic address saying they weren't filling the spot, no real reason given. After all that time, a quick call would've been nice.
