First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Cambridge Management.
Property Manager
I started by filling out the company application and then had a meeting with the supervisor. We discussed my experience and past jobs. I had to be specific about the companies I worked for and any issues I might have faced there.
- What kind of low income housing tax credit programs have you worked with?
- Could you describe your experience and previous employment?
- Please specify the companies you've worked for.
Property Manager
I received calls from both the Florida and Washington offices. The recruiters I spoke with were professional and friendly. This was followed by an in-person interview. The atmosphere was relaxed but still professional. They asked good questions, and thankfully, avoided the cliché 'what is your weakness' question.
- Can you describe your previous experience?
Maintenance Porter
Had 2 interviews, the first one was with the property manager. The second interview was with both the property manager and the maintenance manager. They asked me questions about my skills, my job references, and if I was willing to learn more.
- Can you tell me about your experience and your willingness to learn and grow in this role?
