Had some team meetings and online assessments, nothing too wild. The people were nice and friendly. One interview had a lot of interviewers, almost too many.

It was a quick and easy zoom interview. They asked about communication style and management preference, as well as past working experience. The first interview was a phone recruiter talking about the position. The next interview was a zoom with workers in the role.

I was asked to do a 30 minute phone chat. The person interviewing me was late and didn't even say sorry. We just went straight into it, no real chat to start, but maybe that was because they were running late. It felt like I was reading from a script, a bit cold, but hey, no one said they have to be nice. Because we were still supposed to end on time even though I lost some minutes at the start, things got really rushed near the end and I had to cut my questions short. I was paying attention to this early 'slight' because it could tell me about the company culture. I asked how long the hiring process would take and they just gave me a vague answer. It took a couple of weeks to hear back, and I think they were still figuring out who to pick.

I had a couple of phone interviews, one was with some upper management in the IS department and another with HR. After a few weeks, HR reached out to schedule an in-person interview with them. About a week after that, I met with some other IS folks. That interview was pretty standard. Following that meeting, I was given a written test that had various IT questions, including some SQL, basic .NET fundamentals, and some 'how would you improve this code' style problems. A couple of weeks later, I was called in to meet with a few more IS people. A week after that, I got an offer.
