First I had a 30 min Phone Interview with Stacey, who is the Talent Acquisition Business Partner. The next week, I went in for an in-person interview with Stacey and the rest of the HR Team which included the VP, HRBP, and Total Rewards. They extended a written offer right after the interview.

I had a quick HR interview, then an online interview with some engineers, and finally an in-person interview with engineers. The recruiter and the engineers seemed to be on different pages. They actually missed my second interview and emailed me 20 minutes after it was supposed to start, saying they weren't informed. The third interview wasn't really organized either, with lots of people coming and going, and only one person seemed prepared with questions.

The interviewers were nice and the questions weren't too tough, but the job description didn't really match what they talked about in the interview. They also have a lot more requirements for employees than they initially let on. The interviewers were late and seemed unprepared for my interview.

Behavioral Technical

Three parts: Preliminary screening phone interview, then a phone interview/video call with engineers, then a final in-person interview at the site. Standard as far as most interview processes go, don't need to stress too much since most of the questions were a bit more behavioral and technical questions mostly extended to your experiences.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Tell me about a time you had a conflict with a teammate and how you resolved it.
