We had a L1 technical interview, then a L2 Managerial interview, and finally an L3 HR interview. The L1 interview had basic, moderate, and advanced technical questions. In the L2 round, we covered both technical and management-related questions. L3 was a general HR discussion.

My first interview was technical. It had two parts: first, I was tested on my Japanese language skills, and second, I was drilled on my IT skills in English. The second interview was more of a personality test because the role is client-facing. We chatted about life experiences in a very casual setting. The last interview was the HR screening, which felt like a formality since I'd already passed the first two. I discussed my career path and my goals for joining this company. I really liked the company culture and everyone I met, but I had to decline their job offer because the base salary and benefits were worse than my current job. I'd take it if they offered at Chicago market rates.

Went through two remote interviews, one with Jessica Page and then another with Jessica and the co-founder Nem. It was mostly behavioral and they were really nice people. The whole process was pretty quick, only about 10 days, and then I got an offer. They also do a background check.
