The interview was super quick and right on time, all done virtually. They used emails and video calls, and everything went really smoothly. I got trained in just one day after signing the contract, and they gave me my agent ID and password the same day.

Inside Sales Associate
First, there was online training and testing which included a DISC personality test and english reading, writing, and speaking tests. Second, I had a group test out with a lady named Sheila with about 20 other people. Third, was a final role play where I had to role play entire scripting and go over objection handlers. Fourth, a one week trial before hire, called the 'Uber Model'.

Customer Service Representative
The interview process was pretty smooth and didn't take too long. I got my offer letter right after. It had a lot of clauses, including that the pay would be commission-based. I ended up leaving after a week because I couldn't upsell effectively.

Call Tender
This was a great interview process, really smooth. Everything was coordinated via email and conducted through Google Meet. There was a course to complete before the interview, which was easy and gave a clear overview of the job, so I knew what to expect and what was expected of me.
