Product Designer
The interview process had four steps. First, an intro screener with the recruiter over the phone. Second, a video panel with two other people. Third, a one-hour portfolio panel where I presented a design exercise. I didn't make it to the fourth stage, the final interview.

Customer Success Specialist
I sent in my resume and cover letter and didn't hear back for about six weeks. First, I had a casual phone chat with the manager about the company culture. Then, I went in for an in-person interview with the manager and director. I had to be ready to use their call tracking system and also had a pre-written response for a customer inquiry they sent me after the phone call. The manager said I'd hear back that day about a final interview with the VP. When I didn't, I emailed to thank them. A few days later, they replied saying they'd schedule the final round once all interviews were done. Three weeks passed, so I asked for an update. The manager said they were wrapping up interviews that week. A week later, I got a rejection email. I was frustrated waiting a month to be rejected after they implied I was set for the final round, but I guess they wanted someone who didn't need much training. It would have been good to know that upfront.

Support Engineer
The interview process was pretty efficient and involved 3 steps. First, a phone screen with the recruiter. It went well, and I enjoyed the amount of detail given about the role/company. When the call ended, I had a great sense of what to expect. Second, a phone screen with the manager. It went well, the manager asked role-specific questions and allowed me time for questions from me (API, Support, JavaScript). Third, an on-site interview. It went well, I met with 5 people in total and enjoyed each conversation. With that said, I was not chosen for the role. I had a good experience and will definitely be on the lookout for other CallRail positions.

Product Marketing Manager
The team was awesome and made scheduling super easy. I had one phone call and then a 2.5-hour in-person interview. It was tough and took a bit, but totally worth it. They really tailored the experience. Even before I accepted, I could tell I'd enjoy working with everyone across departments and that the vibe was creative and flexible. Everyone was really nice and seemed to genuinely like their managers, coworkers, and the cool stuff they were building. I took the job and it's been just like that. Totally recommend taking the time to interview here.
