First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Callink Servicos de Call Center.
Compliance Analyst
The initial HR interview was fine, but there were a lot of steps involved. They asked for an Excel test, and the recruiter was about an hour late. Then, for the interview with the department manager, I had to travel there and ended up waiting over 3 hours to be seen. I decided to back out because of the lack of respect for my time and money, especially since I was unemployed and had to spend on transportation multiple times for all the stages of the hiring process.
- Do you have advanced Excel skills, experiences, and specializations?
Support Analyst
The process started online with forms and questions about technical support. Then there was an in-person interview with the IT manager. Computer and network knowledge and operating system management were discussed.
- How much experience do you have in technical support?
- What is your experience with computer knowledge?
- What is your experience with network knowledge?
Atendente
The process was well-structured and organized. It started with a written test, followed by a group activity and finally, an individual interview. All stages were clear and respectful, with good communication from the recruitment team. After approval, there was a medical evaluation and document submission, which also went smoothly. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience, with reasonable timelines and adequate feedback.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Administrative Assistant
It was a long selection process. First, there was an online interview, then some online tests and a form to fill out. After that, they scheduled an in-person exam covering Excel and the job's field. Following all this, the company didn't even have the decency to contact me to let me know I wasn't selected, even though I showed interest in the result (whether negative or positive). The LEAST a company of this size, with a selection process that costs us time, money, and effort, can do is give us an answer. And they don't even do that.
- Tell me about yourself.
- What is your Excel proficiency level?
- What were your biggest challenges in this area?
