So, the first part was a screening, then I met with the director. The last round was with both the director and the team. Oh, and there was a case study in between. The interviewers were all really great and I felt like I connected well with the team, everyone was super kind. I was a bit confused by the final decision though, since the positive vibes and feedback throughout made me think I was a solid candidate. My one piece of feedback would be to just be more transparent with candidates during the whole thing.

I had 3 virtual interviews over 2 weeks with HR and team associates/manager. They explained the role and company well. It was disappointing to not hear back after spending time interviewing.

It was pretty straightforward - I spoke with the controller. It was a standard interview where they asked about my previous work and explained the job. They also wanted me to share a bit about myself personally.

I sent in my application online and it took about two weeks to get a call back for a phone interview. That call was with HR and the Hiring Manager and lasted around 30 minutes. They went over my background, talked about the company and the role, and what the job duties would be. About two weeks after that, I went in for an in-person interview where I met with three people at once in a conference room. That lasted about an hour. They asked more about my background, why I wanted to work there, what I knew about credit unions, and went into more detail about the job. Even though I was a bit worried because of other reviews, everyone was really nice and professional. I thought it was a good company and really hoped I would get the job.
