First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Call Center Sales Pro.
Call Center Agent
It was a casual experience, friendly. They were realistic about the work to be done with an emphasis on how things work at a call center for the agents, like cubicles, phone calls, and tasks to be completed daily.
- Tell me about yourself.
- Describe a time you handled a difficult customer.
Agent
I submitted an online questionnaire and then got a call to schedule an interview. I met with the VP of hiring to go over pay, benefits, and scheduled hours. Then I did the new hire paperwork and met with the training manager to get my equipment.
- What about working with the public do you like?
Call Center Representative
I talked to the manager on the phone, then they called me back for another interview at their place. I met with the manager again and the HR person. It was formal in a conference room, but felt pretty chill. They asked about my past jobs, how I handled tough spots with customers or at work, and told me about the job and the company. The benefits sounded great, like PTO and insurance, plus bonuses for good work and showing up. You gotta be able to work 40 hours, but they are flexible with schedules. They do drug test if they hire you. It was a good experience, I get nervous for interviews but they made me feel comfortable fast, really nice people.
- What are your school hours?
- Describe a difficult situation you faced at a previous job and how you managed it.
- How did you handle that situation?
Specialist
They asked me about my call center background and if I could commit to a full 40-hour work week. Also wanted to know if I'm a happy, energetic, and dependable individual.
- Can you confirm your availability to work 40 hours per week?
- Are you happy?
- Are you energetic?
