Behavioral Presentation

Communication was initially slow, nearly causing me to accept another offer, but improved significantly once the process started. We had a Skype interview before the campus visit, which was rescheduled and had its itinerary changed a few times, though they always accommodated my schedule. The people were very friendly and welcoming, genuinely seemed to love their jobs and the school, and were sincere in their praise and eventual offer. They appear to value work-life balance and find their work fulfilling.
