First, I had to submit my resume, cover letter, and some forms, plus an official transcript. It took them about two months to reply and set up an interview for the very next day. The interview itself was a group session where they asked a few questions and then let me ask some questions. It was a pretty standard experience, nothing too hard.

It was a 30-minute writing exercise followed immediately by a 30-minute interview. The writing part was about how to deliver bad news to clients. After the writing, I was taken to an interview room to speak with four manager-level professionals simultaneously. Each of them asked about two questions, all of which were general behavioral questions.
