In the course of the interview, the panel said "You know, we do need more male energy around here." As a female candidate, this was wildly inappropriate and I probably could have sued them for discrimination.

Went through two remote interviews. The first one was about 40 minutes long and mostly asked generic questions. There were 5 panelists from the art school. The second interview was brief, only 15 minutes, and was for clarification.

Applied online and had a few phone calls where they mostly asked about my resume details, sent some emails, and did Q&As. Then I went for an on-site interview and got a tour. My references also mentioned being contacted.
