The process was super simple, moving from an online offer to an in-person meeting! Just be your authentic self and show you can handle the fast-paced nature of the service industry. Heads up, though: if piercings or unconventional hair/makeup are a dealbreaker for you, this might not be the place.
- Can you tell me about your previous experience?
Hostess
The interview process was pretty good, it was only an hour long and there was a second interview and then I got the job. It did take them two weeks to get back to me though but overall it was nice.
- What makes you want to work here?
Manager
It was a pretty standard interview. They asked basic questions. It was in person and I recommend having references ready. Then there was a follow up interview with some more questions. Nothing that has any critical thinking.
- What did you like most about your previous role?
Server
The interview process was straightforward, focusing on typical questions. I dressed professionally, avoiding jeans, and demonstrated my ability to engage in lighthearted conversation with guests, similar to how I'd interact with them. It was a simple process overall.
- Can you describe how you would handle a specific situation?
