It was a good and fast process. Two managers will write down your answers. They give you a booklet with 6 questions to follow along with as they read them and you answer. You can ask any questions you have at the end. They mentioned it takes about 1-2 months to get feedback as it goes up to headquarters, so it's a process.

Before I even applied, I had to take a test covering math, grammar, and reading. Plus, a certified typing test. The interview itself was a panel with two interviewers where they asked 7 questions about skills, handling scenarios, and integrity. The very next day, they contacted my references and I think they started a background check. About a week later, I got a call telling me I scored too low on the Office Technician exam, which automatically disqualified me. My advice? Don't bother applying if you got 80% or less on the test; they only consider candidates who score in the top 1-3, meaning likely 85% or higher.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • What would you do if an irate customer came in shouting and insisted on speaking to someone who was unavailable?

I took the MVR exam and passed it with an 80%. Then I applied to a bunch of jobs in the area. About a month later, I got a call for my first interview. It was a really nice experience. I checked in at the security desk and the hiring manager walked me to the hall where I reviewed the duty statement for the job. Then I was called in for the interview and two very nice ladies interviewed me. They had me sign some papers for a background check. They asked me 8 questions and had a binder so I could follow along. After the questions, they asked if I had anything to add. I told them again I was interested and asked them some questions about the job. They said I'd hear back in a couple of weeks, so now I just have to wait and see if I get an offer. I think it went pretty well and I felt confident, so hopefully, it works out! Wish me luck!

Confirmed questions3 questions
