Behavioral Presentation

The HR person I spoke with was great, really friendly and helpful. They actually went out of their way to give me a chance to shadow another consultant and talk to them before I decided on the job. I got invited to the main office to meet the CEO directly. They showed me around the whole place, introduced me to everyone in each department, and gave me a general overview of how everything works.

Behavioral

Got a call right away for a first phone interview which I think went well. They mentioned they'd get in touch the following week to schedule an in-person interview. After waiting a couple weeks, I followed up to see if they were still interested in setting something up. They confirmed they were, but were busy and would reply the next week. However, they never followed up to schedule the interview.

I saw an ad for a sales/design consultant role and applied online. A few days later, I got an email for a phone interview. I then had the phone interview with the business owner, and soon after, I had a regular interview. The whole process was really fast.
