Loan Specialist
First, there was a call from HR. The phone interview with HR lasted about 1/2 hour. Then, you have an interview with the department manager. This interview went for about 1 1/2 hours. Depending on the manager and their personality, it can be easy or nerve wrecking.
- Can you tell me about one of your weaknesses?
- What would you say is one of your strengths?
- What makes you a good fit for this position?
Credit Analyst
The hiring manager was really nice and helped me get ready for the interview with the Sr. Credit Analyst. They asked about my background and what I've done that would be helpful for the job. After that, I interviewed with the Sr. Credit analyst, and then I met with the whole team, which was 6 people in total.
- Can you tell me why you were interested in applying for this role?
- What do you consider to be your greatest strengths and weaknesses?
- Could you answer some accounting questions, such as explaining debits and credits, depreciation, GAAP, LIFO, and FIFO?
Customer Service Representative
I applied since I already worked there and got a call about a week later saying it was being sent to the branch. I waited another week for the interview date. When I got there, three managers interviewed me. They asked me a bunch of questions about how I work, what I want from this job, and how I get along with coworkers. They told me about their branch and asked if I had any questions. I didn't get the job because they said my ambitions were to be a new accounts rep and they'd rather have me as that than a CSR.
- Have you ever had issues with a coworker in your branch?
Loan Specialist
Since I was already working here, it was really easy. A recruiter reached out quickly, and the whole thing wrapped up in about two weeks. The hardest part was getting released from my current role.
- How organized are you, and how good are you with follow ups?
