I applied and filled out an application online. They sent an email to get my availability and set up an interview, and I had an interview over the phone. The process was really smooth and the person I talked to on the phone was lovely.

It started with a phone screen from HR, then a phone interview with the department manager. HR's follow-up was pretty bad, they could definitely improve their communication. I had to end up calling the department manager myself to see if I made it to the next round, and they said yes. In the end, it just wasn't a good fit for either of us and it didn't work out.
