It was a group setting and they really had great numbers and sold us on everything. Very enticing. They spoke well and had everybody excited to want to go and do the job. Although they mentioned door to door selling, it still had us wanting to go.

The interview process took a long time because the questions were difficult for me, though not all of them. I should have studied or looked up common interview questions beforehand.

I met with a bunch of people from the Finance/Accounting team and the executive team. We even went out to dinner with some really high-up execs. We basically chatted about business strategy, operations, and policies to see if I'd be a good fit for the role.

It was a short and fun interview where they got to know me better. We went over my resume and they asked more questions about how I work with others than about my specific skills. Attitude was very important to them, as was a willingness to learn new skills and help out where needed, even if it wasn't directly in my department.
