First, there was a phone screening where they asked about my visa status, volunteering experience, and about myself. Then, we scheduled a video interview. The video interview involved two questions about the job. Finally, they verified my referrals for my experience.

It was a behavior interview, focused on "Give an example of a time" type questions. They didn't ask about my skills or how I could benefit the position or school. One interviewer, who seemed to be the principal, repeatedly told me they weren't allowed to answer my questions when I asked if I had any.

The interview was scheduled for thirty minutes, and the questions were mostly related to handle students' challenging behaviour and support students' self - regulations. The recruiter also asked questions that reflected on my answers for the previously questions, so it was kind of like a conversation. My interview was about 20 minutes long, and I tried to use STARS to answer the questions.
