Senior Recruiter
The interview process is really long and frankly, the interviewers were so smug and unwelcoming. It's just too much of a process with way too many hoops to jump through. The pay also isn't competitive, and it seems like there's no work-life balance.
- Could you complete a mock assignment?
Recruiter
The process was really fast and well done! I first talked to the head of recruiting about the job, the team, and pay. Then, I met with my potential manager to discuss their management approach, how they like to work, the team's vibe, and my future career plans. Overall, it was a quick process!
- Can you describe your perspective on the manager/direct report dynamic?
- What do you require from a manager to be successful in your role?
- What are your thoughts on an ideal manager?
Recruiting Coordinator
The interview process at Calendly is pretty extraordinary. While I didn't end up getting an offer, they did give me useful feedback, which I appreciated. The team was really nice and thorough, and they made sure I knew what was going on. My main advice would be to connect your background and experience directly to the role itself.
- How do you handle prioritizing numerous urgent tasks simultaneously?
