Customer Support Specialist
Started with an intro call with the recruiter, then there was a take-home assessment. After that, I met with four people who would be my co-workers. The process wrapped up with a background check and reference checks. The whole thing took about two weeks. It was a pretty good process overall.
- Describe the color purple.
Customer Support Specialist
It's pretty much like other companies: you have a call with the recruiter, then an assignment, and then interviews for skills and culture fit. What's different is that Calendly is really upfront about the whole process. Everyone is super helpful and really lives by their core values.
- Tell me about a time you experienced a personal or professional failure and explain how you handled it.
Customer Support Specialist
It took a while. I spoke with a recruiter, then a manager, and then two other customer support people. That wasn't even everything, but that's how far I got. By the time of the fourth meeting, I was getting pretty tired of it, so maybe that's why they didn't invite me back for a fifth interview.
- Why do you think you're a good fit for this role?
