Behavioral Technical

The interview process involved speaking with several team members over a few weeks. Although the candidate didn't make it to the final rounds, the decline email was impersonal and from a generic no-reply address. This lack of personal communication suggests a potential issue, as the company has had many Executive Assistants leave over the years.

Behavioral Presentation

I talked to the recruiter a lot. She sometimes called me the wrong name or forgot what job I was applying for. While we were talking, she was often distracted by other people or things happening around her, like being at a restaurant, gas station, or store. After meeting with her, I got a behavioral assessment. She actually told me exactly how to pass it, which made me wonder about the point of the assessment. Then, I had a phone interview with a rep/manager, followed by an in-person meeting with a rep/manager. I had to follow up to find out I didn't get the job. The recruiter later reached out as if she cared about how I was doing, and then asked me questions so she could tell other candidates about the interview process, which felt really shady.

Behavioral Technical

I first sent in my resume. Then, I had a 20-minute phone screen with HR that covered basic sales questions. After that, I had a more in-depth Skype interview with the same HR person, which lasted about an hour. They told me I was moving on to the next round with the hiring manager. I sent a thank you email that night but never heard back. About three weeks later, I emailed again to see if they needed anything else, but still no response. To this day, I haven't heard anything.

It was 3-4 rounds with a territory manager, a manager, and a director. The final round was in person. Typical sales questions were asked. It wasn't a bad process and follow-up emails are crucial. Keep networking with reps throughout the company.
