Resident Advisor
Could do the interview over Zoom or in person, whatever I preferred. The staff who interviewed me were super nice and asked about my involvement in school and why I wanted to be an RA.

Resident Advisor
The interview had 10 questions and it was in person. They gave the questions to me in writing to read and also read them out loud.
- Can you tell me about two of your weaknesses?
Research Assistant
Spoke with a professor whose research is really interesting. It also helped that I'm actively involved in his lectures. The main thing is to show you're self-driven and can handle tasks without a lot of direction.
- What motivates your interest in research?
