First, you will go into a small room for an English test. After finishing, you will stay there and wait for about 30 mins to 1 hour. After waiting, department heads will come to you and ask some questions about your experience, family, company culture, etc. When you finish all of that, HR will let you go back and wait for about 1 week, then you will know the answer.

I applied via a referral and directly to the hiring manager. My resume was then passed to HR to schedule an interview. HR contacted me and set up the interview. It was a panel interview with the director, manager, and team members, all of whom were professional. The director emailed HR the same day to proceed with hiring. I got an offer letter about 15 days later, and received visa documents two months after that.
