I talked to 3 people for this role. I told them upfront like every time that I lived 2 hours away and would need time to relocate before starting. They all said it was fine. They offered me the job and said I could start in 2 weeks. That meant I had 2 weeks to find a place to live, book movers, and pack everything up. Basically, they lied to me and it was a waste of my time.

Had a phone chat with the hiring manager who explained the job. It was pretty straightforward, mostly asking about when I could start and how long I planned to stay since it was a temporary, seasonal role.

The interview process was unorganized. After 3 weeks of interviews, I had to reach out for an update. Then, after 8 days of silence, I received an automated reply from the corporate recruiter, Jill Harbuck. They need to improve their process.

Behavioral Technical

Submitted an online application and got an email to schedule an interview. I interviewed at the community. The regional interview was initially rushed but then became a relaxed discussion. They asked standard manager capability and situational questions. The interviewer seemed pleased and had also gotten good references from within the industry. They wanted to speed things up and have me meet other regional team members. The interview got interrupted by an emergency that required all 5 regionals' attention. After 25 minutes, an administrative assistant came to apologize for the delay. The regional then apologized, mentioned they had another interview scheduled, and asked if I'd be available to come back, saying they'd call to schedule. However, there was no follow-up.
