Tivemos que fazer uma redação sobre um litígio da Caixa com a sociedade, clientes e empregados. A redação pedia para o candidato dizer como resolveria esses litígios de acordo com o direito processual. Demorei um pouco para entender o que a pergunta discursiva queria, mas o conhecimento foi vindo com o tempo. Acho que não fui bem porque comecei a ver direito processual na faculdade há pouco tempo, por isso faltaram assuntos para enriquecer o texto e quem sabe conseguir a aprovação.
