Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Caixa Econômica Federal.
Engineering Intern
They start with a multiple-choice test and then call for an interview based on your placement. The list is valid for a year, and you might be contacted for either Gihab or Regov. The interview itself is straightforward, with standard questions. I found it all quite consistent.
- Can you explain your resume experiences?
Engineering Intern
I was interviewed by the supervisor and two other engineers from GIHAB. It was a group interview with 3 participants, including myself. They asked the same question to each candidate. I was the third to answer, and sometimes the other two's answers sounded similar to mine, so I tried to explain it differently and add more detail.
- Do you know GIHAB (the housing sector where I would work)?
- Why did you choose to be an intern at Caixa?
- Tell me about yourself.
Engineering Intern
They required prior experience in the field, which wasn't my case as an intern who is still a student. So it didn't work out for me. I was frustrated because they required experience for an intern position.
- What is your objective for the internship?
