Had a bunch of interviews with people from TA and the CPO and CTO. They didn't really prep me for anything, said it'd be 'generic chats,' but the Head of Product and Head of Eng threw some curveballs. In total, 6 interviews, about an hour each. Got a generic rejection email even after all that. Asked for feedback but got nothing back. The questions were alright, not too wild, but if I'd known what was coming, I could've prepped and practiced how I'd answer.

I interviewed for a role, and the entire process took about half an hour. It was a Zoom call. They asked some basic questions, like 'tell me about yourself.' After that, I never heard anything back. It's been a month, and the job posting isn't even up anymore. You'd think a company could at least send a rejection email, but I guess that's too much to ask these days.

The hiring manager and team members were really nice and we had some good conversations. The talent acquisition person, however, was awful. She was talking to other people in the background during my interview, which I saw others mentioned too. She also didn't seem to know much about the job I applied for. She was rude and disorganized throughout the entire process.

The whole interview process lasted about 4-5 weeks. Everyone I talked to was super nice and made me feel really comfortable. It started with a recruiter from the team, then I spoke with two VPs. They seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say and wanted to get to know me better, not just my work history.
