Acquisitions Analyst
It was a good process in a panel format. I learned a lot about the company and the role. There is a test that I didn't think I did well on but it helped me understand what I might be doing.
- Can you share an instance of a challenge you encountered and how you navigated it?
- What is your understanding of affordable housing and tax credits?
Manager
I originally applied for a different role, but they reached out to interview me for this one based on my background. The first interview was with the CEO, VP, and SVP, and it lasted about an hour. I felt it went pretty well, though not perfectly. I followed up a week later, and they said they'd be in touch. A couple of weeks after that, I followed up again, but got no response. Another couple of weeks passed, and I followed up again, still no response. They ghosted me completely. I understand if I wasn't the right fit, but a simple email would have sufficed.
- Can you describe your previous experience?
- How would you approach specific scenarios?
- How confident are you?
Asset Manager
The whole thing was long and kinda painful. The online application was almost too much. There were big gaps in communication about how things were going.
- Can you tell me about your qualifications and experience?
