First, I sent my cover letter and CV. Then, there was a selection based on a video conference interview. The recruiters introduced themselves, and then I presented myself. We had about 10 minutes for questions and another 10 minutes for a role-playing scenario. If everything is okay, I'll receive a phone call.

I applied directly for the role. The interview was rushed because the interviewer was late and it was only scheduled for an hour. Oddly, I was the only one interviewed. I didn't get the offer, which is fine, but I was told someone else was offered the position even though I saw the job advertised again. I asked for feedback because my experience was so relevant, and I wanted to know if I did something wrong. I've followed up a few times, but two months later, I still haven't heard back. This was for their South Wales facility. Maybe it's part of growing pains, but I'm not impressed, and the role is now temporary, which makes the long-term future of the factory uncertain, so think carefully.

The whole process took about a month. It started with a Headhunter reaching out on LinkedIn. Then, there was a quick phone chat. After that, I had a Skype interview with someone from CAF HR. Two weeks later, I went to an onsite interview with both the local and leader managers. A few days after that, another HR person called me to discuss the specifics like pay, start date, and so on. Then came a medical check, some paperwork, and I was hired.
