The second stage was a bit more technical with a different person than the first. The third stage was a 3:1 interview where I answered questions from three people, delving deeper into areas where there might be doubts or issues and trying to align both preferences.

We first scheduled a video call interview with the HR manager. She asked me about my experiences and how I would approach problem-solving, and she made me feel comfortable answering everything. Then, we scheduled an in-person interview with the area coordinator. He's a really smart guy. He talked about the company and the job opening. After that, three candidates and I did a written essay and answered a questionnaire related to the field. Once we finished, I had an individual conversation with the coordinator, and then we watched two videos about the area, which we then discussed.
