First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Cadre5.
Software Engineer
The interview process consisted of about 2 or 3 phone calls, and then an on-site interview. They asked a lot of really technical questions. My advice is to be upfront about what you know and don't know. They mainly asked about my background and my specific interest in Cadre5. I'd suggest highlighting your career journey and any challenges or changes you've made to reach your aspirations.
- What makes you want to join Cadre5?
- Could you determine the time complexity for the provided code snippet?
- Share an experience where you made a mistake or failed, and explain how you rectified the situation.
SQL Data Developer
I had a screening interview with HR over Teams. They seemed nice and wanted to move me forward, but then they totally ghosted me. It's pretty unprofessional to go completely silent, especially for a company that mainly does government contracts.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself and why you are interested in working for Cadre5?
Front End Developer
The interview process was pretty straightforward and honest. It involved a few standard interview rounds. I don't have any complaints. While they prefer candidates to work in the office, they are open to remote work for those with the right skills.
- Can you describe your professional experience gained outside of your academic studies?
UX Designer
The interview process was professional with a good workflow and the communication from their talent director was timely and thoughtful. Their process includes a group round table format with an opportunity to solution a design test.
- They ask you a series of questions that will show how you solution project challenges.
