The interview process consisted of about 2 or 3 phone calls, and then an on-site interview. They asked a lot of really technical questions. My advice is to be upfront about what you know and don't know. They mainly asked about my background and my specific interest in Cadre5. I'd suggest highlighting your career journey and any challenges or changes you've made to reach your aspirations.

I had a screening interview with HR over Teams. They seemed nice and wanted to move me forward, but then they totally ghosted me. It's pretty unprofessional to go completely silent, especially for a company that mainly does government contracts.
