Sales Representative
It was great, lots of good questions but some were too personal. Overall, the company seems structured and organized. The salary wasn't market-compatible, so I declined to proceed with the interview.

Data Governance Analyst
The interview process itself was good, with quick replies and feedback. However, the time from when the application opened to when the interview was booked was excessively long. Generally, the entire recruitment process felt a bit slow compared to other companies.

Security Operations Manager
I applied online and after 2-3 days, I got a call for a phone interview with senior management. They said I didn't need to prepare much, just talk about myself. This interview was really bad, the interviewer was super belittling and rude. I was asked to go over my CV, and while I was explaining my achievements, I could hear them muttering things like "he's not right for the role" and "he has no idea." They then told me the job was basically a customer relationship management role, which was totally different from the description and title. The "SOC Manager" role here is all about managing contracts and third parties, no technical SOC work, no alert monitoring, no content creation, no playbook writing – just CRM! No cybersecurity experience needed. I was disgusted afterwards. HR called to ask how it went, and when I told them about my experience, they weren't even surprised and said they often get bad feedback about that recruiter. Glad I didn't get the job.

Digital Communications Specialist
The whole thing was really disorganized. A recruiter messaged me about the job and wanted to chat, but then nothing. I saw the job was closed, but I'd already sent my CV and cover letter to their general recruitment email. I got a reply after that and had an informal chat, more like a 40-minute interview. Then I went to their Coventry office for an in-person interview. It involved a presentation on a really basic brief, and they gave me minimal info when I asked for clarification. I also had to do a written task and create social media posts, basically doing their campaign for them. I spent a whole day visiting, and the interview itself was fine. No questions or feedback after my presentation, so I didn't know how I did. They said they'd let me know by the end of the week, but they didn't. I emailed the recruitment team for an update, but no reply, not even a rejection. After all the work I put in, I just wish they'd responded with some feedback, even if it wasn't the right fit.
