The interview process included a 30-minute video call, followed by a take-home coding task. After that, I was invited for a 2-hour in-person interview in San Jose, with four different interviewers. It was a pretty smooth process overall, but I never heard back from the recruiter, so heads up, they might just ghost you.

The whole experience was pretty bad. I talked to a recruiter over LinkedIn, the hiring manager, and two VPs. All interviews were one-on-one and focused on my experience and how it fits the role. Since it's a pre-sales job, a big part is understanding the sales team's methods and how to integrate into them.

I applied to this company and a few days later they asked for an interview for the next day. I was able to accommodate it and we spoke. The recruiter said they would be in touch. Late Sunday night they asked for another interview for 1.5 hours which I was able to make work but again very last minute. I was told I was meeting with 3 people, 30 mins each. The first 2 people were fine, they asked questions and seemed interested in me as a candidate. The last person did not show up and it seemed like they would have been my manager so I emailed the recruiter to let them know this person was a no show. The recruiter emailed me back 48 hours later and said "Sorry if you were confused to that no show, but we decided to go with another candidate". I found this to be incredibly unprofessional since I didn't even get a chance to talk to the manager and I was crossed out from the process. They clearly had no regard for my time or respect for me as an applicant. The entire process was incredibly messy.

First interview was at the recruiter's office, then I was scheduled for a face-to-face at the client's office with 5 team members. The second interview never happened because the people who were supposed to meet me either didn't show up or were too busy. The VP apologized and said he'd set up another interview, but that never happened. I didn't hear back from the recruiter until I called and pushed for information. I eventually found out they hired someone internally. There was no follow-up call from the recruiter, no feedback from the company, and the interview the VP promised was never scheduled.
