It was a pretty good interview process. The questions were direct and they let me know about any prep needed. They also asked me for my questions. Pretty standard, nothing unexpected. I didn't find any issues, but it wasn't anything spectacular either.

The hiring process involves a few steps. First, there are two phone calls, followed by an in-person group interview at the golf course. You also need to complete an online test to gauge your golf knowledge, which is essential for this role. Success in this job depends on your golf expertise and experience, as tips and per-bag payments are part of the compensation. Most of the questions focus on how you would handle interactions with guests or VIPs. The online test is primarily to assess your understanding of golf. Additionally, there's a mandatory 3-day training program on the course to evaluate your knowledge and stamina, given the physical demands of walking and carrying clubs. This training also ensures you learn their specific service standards, as they don't expect you to know everything about caddying from the start. The training is excellent and prepares you for your first assignment.

I had a light phone interview where they asked me some basic golf knowledge questions. Then, about a week later, I had a group interview. That group interview was a quick and easy process. It was followed up by a background screening. Once the check came back clear, they were ready to bring me in for 3 different training sessions, one for each type of caddying.
