Software Engineer
The interview process was really laid back, the interviewers were super friendly and easy to chat with. It felt comfortable to just be myself and answer to the best of my ability. The first part was an early stage interview where they asked some basic questions about why I wanted to work there and my journey into software engineering. The last stage involved going through my CV, then some situational questions, and finally a small technical exercise.
- How do you deal with a situation where a deadline is on Friday and it's already Wednesday, and you know you won't be able to finish it on time?
Logistics Systems Consultant
So the first interview was over Teams. I did well on that and then got invited for an in-person interview a few days later. The in-person part had an assessment for critical thinking and digital literacy, then I had to give a presentation on whatever I wanted, and after that, there was another interview.
- Could you share your experience in client interactions?
Product Data Engineer
So, the interview process had three main parts: first, a quick screening call, then a video interview, and finally, an in-person one where I had to give a presentation. The screening call went fine, and I got moved to the next stage, which was an online chat with the hiring manager. That also seemed to go well, and then HR called to say I was going to the last step. They said they'd send more info the next week. But then, nothing. I never heard back. I even sent a follow-up email, but still no reply. It was pretty disappointing to not get any news after putting in all that work for a few interviews.
- Can you list the Python packages you have experience with?
Key Account Manager
I had a telephone interview that was pretty informal. After that, I had a more formal face-to-face interview with my future line manager. Then, I had an onsite presentation at the office with the key management team, which lasted about 45 minutes. They got back to me really quickly about whether I got the job.
- Where do you see yourself progressing in five years?
- What are your primary motivators?
- Describe how you navigate business development.
