- Could you please expand on your resume details?
- Describe a situation where you had to handle a conflict with a coworker.
Systems Engineer
The whole hiring process took about 3 months to complete. They conducted 2 interviews but I never heard back from them with any feedback. The recruiter was completely unresponsive to both emails and calls. I did have a good experience with the hiring manager, but the HR department was terrible.
- Can you tell me about your resume?
- Do you have experience with AWS?
- Do you have experience with Azure AD?
Technical Lead
The interview process was quite lengthy. The first round was scheduled about a week after my initial chat with HR, so long that I almost forgot about it. This interview was an hour long and held in US time, despite me being in India. After another week and a half, I received positive feedback and was told there would be a second round. This next round took another week to schedule, and the feedback again took a week. So, a whole month had already passed. Following that, the HR call was scheduled about a week later, but I'm still waiting for feedback. They just keep saying 'hold on' without any real explanation. Honestly, it's been pathetic, and I've been waiting over 1.5 months for an offer. It's a terrible experience, and I likely wouldn't apply again.
- Can you share an instance where you opted for an apex trigger over a process builder?
Intern
So first there was a call with the HR recruiter, then an interview with the manager, and then a potential office visit or interview. The first interview with the recruiter was changed several times by the recruiter. One of the times the interview was changed without even notifying me.
