After the store manager extended a job offer, I had a phone call with the area manager. The interview felt a bit hurried, but it was a pleasant conversation.

The interview process felt very pleasant and friendly, and even though the questions were pretty serious, they were patient the entire time. The interviewers clearly know what they are looking for, so it's important to know your stuff! It started with a phone screening from HR, then a phone interview with the Regional Sales Manager, followed by another in-person interview with the Regional Sales Manager off-site, and finally, a phone interview with the Vice-President of Sales.

Had an interview and got hired the very next day. But it was a bait and switch situation. The company acted like they just opened, with no rules or structure. Corporate was nowhere to be found, and the manager was abusive. It's the kind of easy job where people leave for lunch and never come back.

This was not a typical interview. They didn't ask me any questions at all. Instead, they repeatedly asked if I had any questions for them. It was a peculiar experience.
