Research Associate
I went through two rounds of interviews over a two-month period, and overall, it was a positive experience. The interview sessions felt friendly, and I interacted with the hiring manager, a senior economist, and a regional director.
- Would you be able and willing to travel and work in certain countries for work purposes?
Key Holder
The interview was about 30 minutes and it was really nice. The manager was pleasant to talk to and seemed happy to be conducting the interview. The questions asked were straightforward, making it easy to provide good answers. I had very little time to prepare because the interview was given on the spot. I did have to inquire about the company, but she didn't seem bothered by my questions (I've heard it's generally good to research the company you're applying to). Overall, it was a simple interview and I was hired by the end of the day.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
ABA Therapist Intern
I found this opportunity on Indeed.com. I looked through a bunch of internships for ABA or OT and CABI seemed like the best option for me because of the qualifications and potential experience. I sent in my resume and a few days to a week later, they direct messaged me to let me know they reviewed it. We then found a time to do a Zoom interview. After that, we exchanged emails and I was introduced to some of the admins.
- Can you tell me about your experience working with kids or students with Autism?
- What courses are you currently enrolled in?
- Why do you believe you are a suitable candidate for this role?
Project Implementation Consultant
Applied online and then got an email for a presentation on topics and skills relevant to the job role. The process involved a presentation and some follow-up questions, followed by technical questions related to the job, and questions about managerial and communication skills.
- Given a task as a presentation relevant to the job?
