You can apply online through the C3 Cyber Club website. If they think you might be a good fit, they'll email you to schedule an interview. This could be over Skype, phone, or in person at their place in Virginia. The Skype interview is basically to see if you're a good candidate. If you pass that, they'll offer you the job after the interview.

The interview process involved a single online video chat via Google Hangouts with the Owner and Curriculum Developer. I was also in contact with the Recruitment Manager since I was a student at the time. The interview was quite long, extending into a more casual chat after the initial questions, as they wanted to get to know me better on a personal level. They seemed really interested in understanding who I am.
