First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at C2 Education.
Assistant Director
I applied to be a tutor initially, but that didn't pan out. About two weeks later, they reached out about my application and asked if I wanted to interview for an Assistant Director position at a different nearby center. I met with the Director for about an hour when it wasn't busy. It was a good interview, the Director was helpful answering my questions and showed me around. After that, the Director called and said my availability was a problem, but they'd keep my application in case something else opened up.
- Tell me why you are interested in C2 Education.
- What would be your response if you were at the front desk, the phone rang, someone walked in, and a teacher needed information from you simultaneously?
Assistant Director
I put in my application online and they emailed me asking for a skype interview the next day. I set it up for the following day and it lasted about 30 minutes. Then they told me I would have a f2f interview with the district director the next week. When I got there, I was on time but had to wait 15 minutes for her. The person I interviewed with on skype mentioned they were looking for both part-time and full-time people, and I was looking for part-time. But the director said they were only hiring full-time.
- Can you describe any customer service experience you possess?
- Could you provide an example of your customer service experience?
Assistant Director
I applied about a month ago and was contacted by them for a phone screening where they asked about my availability for the specific hours and my motivation for joining C2. Soon after, I had a Skype interview covering my strengths and weaknesses, and my suitability for the role. They later invited me for an in-person interview, but I turned it down after rethinking the hours and pay.
- Can you work these hours?
- Why do you want to work for C2?
- What are your strengths?
