The interview process was a complete joke. I had one interviewer who seemed to know absolutely nothing about the product development process, strategic thinking, or any procedures. It was very basic, and the interviewer seemed more focused on appearance and labels than actual skills.

I applied online and then got a call the next week. It was a group interview with the hiring manager who was really nice and welcoming. She asked us what we knew about the brand, the CEO, and the services offered in the store. She also asked about our experience with multitasking and sales tactics.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • If you don't know the history of the store, you can Google it. Knowing the brand is super important to get hired.

I walked into the store and talked to the manager, who asked me to apply online using the store number. A few days later, I got a call to schedule an interview. I showed up on time and dressed nicely. The store looked great! I waited a bit for a MOD who interviewed me on a bench outside the store in the mall. We chatted casually about what I wanted in a career, my college studies, and why I'd be a good fit for the job. The interview lasted about 15 minutes. He mentioned they'd call by Friday if I got the job, and if not, I wouldn't hear from them. I did get a call that Friday and was hired to start the next week. The whole process was super easy and quick.

I applied for the role through an agency. I then interviewed with the Director of Accounting. One of the interview questions was why I wanted to work there. It was a pretty chill interview. The director was very upfront about the department being a mess. I told him I was used to departments like that and that I had made a difference in previous roles.
